On April 27, the RA ES Deputy Minister Haykaram Mkhitaryan received representatives of German Red Cross (GRC) Baden-Wuerttemberg regional branch organization, the RA MES and ARNAP Foundation partners Wolfgang Schmidt and Rolf Videre. The meeting was also attended by Movses Poghosyan, Director of ARNAP Foundation.
The meeting summed up the results of the 3rd round of the training courses conducted for Crisis Management National Center “911” central alarm service personnel, launched on April 18, organized with joint efforts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, ARNAP Fund, Crisis Management State Academy and the United Nations Development Programm (UNDP).

According to the memorandum signed between Disaster Risk Reduction National Platform (DRR NP), RA Ministry of Emergency Situations (MoES), Crisis Management State Academy (CMSA) and German Red Cross (GRC) Baden-Wurttemberg branch organization in 2013 November, the third phase of the training launched on April 18, 2016 for RA MoES rescue service operational management staff, Crisis Management Center (CMC) 911 central alarm service personnel and will last until April 29, with the joint efforts of UNDP, RA MoES, CMSA and DRR NP.
