Sorry, this entry is only available in Armenian.
As we have already informed on May 5, 2017, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between DRR National Platform, UNDP and ACBA Credit Agricole Bank CJSC, the main goal of which was to create effective, affordable and motivating mechanisms to mitigate the negative effects on agriculture caused by hail.
To make it more accessible and understandable for the farmers, workshops have regularly been organized in the regional branches of ACBA Bank, where DRR National Platform and Bank’s specialists have presented the advantages of purchase of anti-hail nets as a result of this collaboration and the advantage of anti-hail nets, in general. Similar seminars have already been organized for farmers in Vayots Dzor, Ararat, Aragatsotn, Armavir, Lori and Tavush provinces(marzes).
